Web Development

Web development: I’m still not used to the flexibility of JavaScript (though it’s better than PHP), but the hardest thing for me is CSS. Especially when it’s off by 2-3 pixels and I don’t quite understand why.

The tools are much better than they were a decade ago, but the problems, technologies, and environments you have to deal with are also more complex. Listening to what’s been going on in WASM lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about how the web is like an OS.
